Amanda Carr brings many years of active real estate experience to Virginia Properties. Prior to relocating to Richmond, she had her own residential real estate appraisal firm in North Carolina. She appraised properties in Charlotte and the surrounding areas from 1986 to 1997. In addition, she has been licensed as a North Carolina Real Estate Broker since 1981.

As a resident of Richmond, Amanda has been active in many civic and public school projects that have allowed her to gain knowledge of the Richmond area.
